Recrutam SPECIALIST RESUSRSE UMANE pentru clientul nostru, o companie de constructii care activeaza la nivel international, cu 20 de ani de activitate in Romania in proiecte de infrastructura.
Cerinte: - Absolvent de studii superioare economice sau de drept; - Certificat de Inspector Resurse Umane; - Experiență de minim 5 ani în domeniul resurselor umane; - Cunoștințe solide de legislația muncii și legislație specifică HR; - Nivel avansat de limba engleză – obligatoriu, - Capacitate de organizare, atenție la detalii și abilități analitice solide; - Abilități de relaționare, lucru în echipă și respectarea termenelor limită.
Responsabilitati: - Recrutare și integrare personal, - Administrare personal: întocmirea contractelor de muncă, fișelor de post, actelor adiționale, deciziilor de încetare, gestionarea dosarelor de personal și organigramei; - Gestionarea evidenței timpului de lucru (pontaje, concedii, absente, ore suplimentare); - Suport pentru calcul salarial, întocmire și gestionare documente specifice; - Realizarea plăților lunare (salarii, tichete de masă) și raportări către bugetele de stat; - Întocmirea rapoartelor periodice (lunare, trimestriale, anuale); - Relaționarea cu instituțiile statului în domeniul resurselor umane; - Elaborarea și implementarea planurilor de formare profesională și a planurilor de concediu.
Beneficii: - Salariu brut: 8.675-10.192 RON; - Tichete de masă in valoare de 24 RON/zi lucrătoare; - Asigurare medicală privată pentru angajat; - 22 de zile de concediu anual; - Transport asigurat; - Program de lucru: luni-vineri, intre orele 08:00-17:00 (pauză 1 oră).
