RECRUTAM: REPREZENTANT VANZARI

Locatie: Timisoara - Magazin cu accesorii pentru telefoane mobile

Ce cautam:

- Experienta anterioara in vanzari este un avantaj, dar nu o conditie obligatorie;

- Abilitati excelente de comunicare si negociere;

- Atitudine proactiva si orientata catre client;

- Disponibilitate pentru lucru in ture si in weekend.

Responsabilitati:

- Promovarea si vanzarea accesoriilor pentru telefoane mobile;

- Consilierea clientilor pentru alegerea celor mai potrivite produse;

- Aplicarea foliilor de protectie la cererea clientului;

- Gestionarea stocurilor si mentinerea ordinii in spatiul de lucru.

Ce oferim:

- Salariu net intre 2500 - 3300 lei, in functie de experienta si performanta;

- Bonuri de masa de 40 lei/zi lucratoare incepand cu a doua luna;

- Bonusuri din vanzari, corelate cu rezultatele individuale;

- Bonus de prezenta - 300 lei net/luna (se acorda doar daca angajatul este prezent la munca in luna

respectiva, fara absente, intarzieri, concedii medicale sau de odihna);

- Tips-uri din interactiunile directe cu clientii (prin politica de preturi);

- Program flexibil: saptamana scurta cu saptamana lunga;- Training initial si indrumare continua;

- Evaluari frecvente in primul an: dupa perioada de training, la 3 luni, 6 luni si apoi anual;

- Un mediu de lucru prietenos si dinamic, in inima orasului - intr-un centru comercial aglomerat si

vizibil!
