Angajăm CONTABIL EXPERT - COORDONATOR BIROU DE CONTABILITATE în Oradea, pentru administrarea unui portofoliu de peste 150 de firme și coordonarea activităților contabile și de relații cu clienții.
Cerinte: - Bune abilitati de comunicare; - Abilitati de monitorizare si supervizare activitati contabile; - Studii in domeniul contabilitatii finalizate, CECCAR reprezinta un plus; - Experienta de lucru cu softul de contabilitate SAGA; - Cunostinte avansate de operare PC; - Cunostinte de contabilitate, fiscalitate si legislatia muncii; - Cunostinte de limba italiana si engleza la nivel conversational.
Responsabilitati: - Mentinerea unui raport – relatii cu clientii din portofoliu existent si prospectii copaniei, comunicarea situatiei, raportari si consiliere orientativa in vederea transmiterii solutiilor propuse; - Verifica corectitudinea inregistrarilor si a documentelor contabile; - Efectuarea inregistrarilor in sistemul informatic si verificarea reflectarii corecte în contabilitate si la timp a operatiunilor derulate si de catre ceilalti contabili, in conformitate cu reglemantarile in vigoare si regulile interne; - Intocmirea declaratiilor privind obligatiile de plata catre buget si monitorizarea procesului; - Intocmirea inchiderilor de luna, asigurandu-se ca toate raportarile catre autoritatile fiscale sunt corecte si trimise la timp; - Cunoaste si aplica legislatia fiscala si contabila la nivel de firma; - Intocmeste si transmite alte raportari solicitate de catre autoritatile romane; - Intocmeste rapoarte financiare ad-hoc pentru conducere.
